It’s time to register again for the City of Hope Walk for Hope to be held in San Francisco on Saturday, October 3.  Everyone has a personal reason for taking part in the Walk for Hope to Cure Breast Cancer.  It may be a sister, mother, best friend, or possibly even yourself.  Last year your participation raised over $16,000 for City of Hope in their efforts to find a cure for breast cancer, which affects one in every eight women. 

We need your help again.  In these tough economic times, it may be difficult for some to participate, but breast cancer does not go away during economic downturns.  It never ceases.  At City of Hope, breast cancer services and technologies provide women with the best care available.  Breast Cancer prevention, early detection and genetic counseling are a priority.

This year our District team name is Lions for Hope.  Register for $30 if you wish to match the reg fee or ask friends and relatives to donate to you.  Or if you don’t wish to commit to fundraising, donate to one of our team members in any amount to raise his or her total donations.
